Reviews of Milk Man FFA League Map Pack!
Once again Zak, who some have called "The Picasso of Myth Map Making," has outdone himself with this amazing map pack, proving beyond any doubt that he is a true titan of map making. This should be considered a MUST HAVE for any myth player. I cannot praise this monumental compilation of FFA maps enough. Whenever someone pushes the boundaries of what is possible in such a way that Zak has done with this map pack, you can expect to see a backlash from traditionalists. Many have already done so, perhaps feeling threatened by the revolutionary wave that Zak's work has begun to bring forth. Indeed, it is almost understandable, as Myth has been forever changed by this great work, and any attempt to turn back the clock and return to the old ways will prove pointless. As you download, and then play these great maps, heed not the critics and naysayers. Instead, open your mind, embrace the exciting new world of myth Zak has imagined, and have fun.
FFA League has been Zakked from the very beginning. It is thanks to his transgressive, forward thinking that ffa league has managed to survive and prosper. I doubt ffa league could have become the lifeblood of the myth community had it been just an eternal recurrence of the same old, moribund handful of bungie maps. I thank zak for his time and admire him for his LOVE OF THE GAME, which is what ffa league is all about and something that certain competitive players increasingly lack.
I stand with Zak in continuing to push the boundaries of Myth tactics, taste, and morality in pursuit of a more fun and populous Myth community.
With a few of the completely, understandable bugs sprinkled through this sprawling map pack, this could be one of the greatest map packs ever. ffaleaguepackv4 is sure to be the most anticipated plugin in years!
Like butter on bread, Zak has made a hearty meal that much more enjoyable. And all in one place, like a bakery, the range of maps and tags is jaw droppingly good.
Strange units, uneven terrain and odd starts. Would not play.
