Never Dud Dwarf Bottles

A small and simple Myth II plugin that modifies the standard dwarf bottle projectile so it detonates 100% of the time instead of the normal 75% chance.

This change brings standard dwarf bottles in line with the reliable detonation behavior used by the dwarf hero bottle.
