Dead bodies disappear, Total Conversion 1.32

Hello.
So ive recently installed Myth 2 after many years, and found out somes great mods, conversons out there. I have installed 1.83 patch, Myth HD Total conversion 1.32, The Fallen lvls v2, Chimera, Iron Tagset v1 and DR Myth Texture Pack.

Ive noticed that dead bodies of bad guys disappear after bout 30 secs, leaving only weapons and armors (ghouls leave only blood, Thralls their axes and shoulder armor....)
This only happens when using Myth HD Total conversion 1.32.
I have no such problem with vanilla game (1.83 patch), or with Iron Tagset v1.
Is it normal for the 1.32 conversion , or i have a bad luck maybe ?

That appears to be normal for the plugin.

Thanks for your reply.

Is it possible to change that? I dont know anything bout map/plug editing, but i got few days off work due to illness, so i could try some editing just for fun xD

And 1 more qustion.
I have read somewhere, there are 3 different hd units plugins.
I assume those are Total Conversion and Iron Tagset..
What is the third one ?
Im interested in solo- the fallen lvls and soulbrighter campaigns for now.

Use the Detail Texture Megapack (http://tain.totalcodex.net/items/show/d ... e-megapack) instead of DR Myth Texture Pack; it's much better done and covers many, many more maps.

To change the HD TC to stop decomposing/disappearing the items, you would have to extract the plugin and using Fear go into each projectile tag (100s of them) and delete the detonation/promotion setting. Not an easy thing.

To stop bodies and body parts from decaying, all you would want to do is to check the projectile flag "becomes dormant at rest". There's no reason to mess with detonation or promotion settings as Godz said. Do this for every body and body part from the HD units plugin. It actually is pretty easy, but perhaps tedious, although I don't think it's really that many projectiles to edit (I'm guessing about 4-5 per unit). First thing you would have to do is to extract the plugin to your local folder with either oak or untag.

I edited only dead bodies/ corpses, torsos and heads, coz some units have bout 10 projectiles each and i dont think my old laptop could handle it (intel hd 64Mb, Pentium P6000 2x 1,87 Ghz xD)
Much more fun now!!!
Gonna edit the rest when i feel better, so i can use my desktop. Now I will lie in bed another day or two :?

I just started The Fallen Levels, and DR Textures work pretty well for now. Ofcourse i have a copy of Magmas Textures aswell. Gonna see what time brings.
