Since I don't like to take opinions from gaming sites (because the only offer one or two people's ideas), could someone suggest some good Military games that would be worth buying. I trust the myth Project Magma Community better :D . I prefer WW2 or Vietnam games.

Thx 4 your imput!

Have you ever played Operation Flashpoint? It kept me entertained for ages although the expansions were disappointing. It's not that new, but it's still my favourite

Call of Duty was entertaining, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein was good.

RTCW single player is boring and too hard
RTCW multiplayer is awful

Are you looking for SP or MP ?

RTCW single-player was quite interesting and aside from a few sequences not too hard at all. Once you got the feel down, it became fairly easy for most of the way.

Now, the lopers and übersoldat were quite hard.

Why skeptical about Call of Duty?

My skeptical thoughts come from my friends. They say its not all its cracked up to be. I tend to be the gullible sort of person tho :)

Well, if they have specific complaints you can give I can either agree or refute. As it is, I enjoyed the game rather a lot, YMMV.

I've been playing alot of Medal of Honor lately, and just recently started in on Call of Duty. Both are quite good I think. The CoD single player goes by pretty quickly, but I can see where the MP for CoD would absolutely rock (haven't tried it yet though).

The MP for MoH is very fun.

I tried BF:1942 once, wasn't that happy with it, but my main gripe was the size of the maps.... they're friggin huge. It wouldn't have been a problem but we only had like 8 guys playing... that doesn't make for much fun. I'd suspect that the online MP for it would be awesome as I've heard you can have up to 256 people in a single game.

I play alot of "Dawn of War" but unless your a WH40K fan the game gets pretty boring.
BattleField (both versions) are great...I have them both and play them often. 1942 has alot more mods than vietnam but I still switch between them.
Unreal Tourny has always been a favorite of mine and 2004 is no exeption.
Iv heard that FlashPoint is the Mythers favorite as far as first person shooters. Iv seen the game in action and was impressed.
