There arent any answers from people that have the information on the subject so I thought I would try to get someone to post that does.
The higher player count and dedicated host were on the wish list (at least the dedicated host was since I remember wishing for it) and I vaguely remember the higher player count was tried in 1.4 but had problems with allies or something.
Anyway... Perhaps fill the people in on what whent on with that stuff.[/color]
