Sprite editor - Where is it?!

Where can I find a sprite editor for the PC?

The only PC sprite editor is a half baked tool called Tahoe. You can find it on hl.udogs.net

99% of all new sprite work done for Myth is created on Macs because they have access to a very nice tool called Amber. Sorry, but there just isn't a good PC alternative to this.

Actually there is a good PC alternative. It is called C++ and a Hex editor. That's how I made my horrid looking pipe shooting blowgun wtf is that weird black guy running around on grave smoking a crack pipe for sniper unit.

Wasn't some fella making a PC Amber that does more than the Mac one? Where you can even view models and stuff?
Don't tell me that went the way of the dodo, it'd be a cryin shame.
