the tain - teh tain

i was just curious when this will be implemented, as i was not able to download all the files from the mill before it was shut down, right now i have 2 gigs of files, but i would love to gather the remaining 4 or so that are still out there. is there any way of obtaining them? ordering them perhaps? or just waiting for the tain? this brings me back to my original question, when do you think the tain will be up and running?
