Anyone try Myth II on a M1 Mac?
Supposedly Rosetta2 can just run x86 apps and the internet's a buzz w/ the new chips and how fast they are. I'm curious if it just works when you run Myth II? (I don't have a new Mac to test.)

It appears Apple has used some of the cores spaces for dedicated tasks and system on chip design usually delegated to the mainboard to enhance performance and cut costs. Same lines of thinking as Acorn had with Acorn RISC Machine three decades ago. Historically very odd to see Apple ended up using Unix running Intel code on an Acorn platform SOC. I remember the triumphant IBMs in schools campaign (in response to the Acorns in schools) because "that's what they'll be using when they grow up." Instead they're using 3" Unixes on Acorn CPUs and getting thumb arthritis.

Yeah, it seems to work just fine. I played half way through the first level on my M1 MacBook Pro.
