Hmmm.

Btw: I always thought that the Shade hair from the old in game mugshots was blondish.

Blue and Green better.

He has such eyes as if he was embarrassed to conquer the world.

In general, the Damas does not look like a villain.

I agree Paladin. Soulblighter's face lacks that maliciousness, the pure evil which characterized his persona through Myth 1 and Myth 2. His face needs to have a cruel expression.

The body looks decent enough, but the face and the eyes in particular need work. Regards to colors; go with blue and green.

I have to agree about Soulblighter (though the current eyes would work fine for the Damas version, which I assume you're also going to do). The shade bugs me a little too -- mainly his posture, I think, because it's one of those units where the posture is really distinct. The original held himself more forward instead of seeming like he was reclining back a little, and his feet were together instead of spread apart -- overall, it made him look more intimidating and less relaxed than your current version.

The TFL-style mahir is really neat, although I wouldn't mind having a more classic M2-looking version as well.

The Maul, though...that Maul is amazing.

The problem is while they are detailed, they look rushed and there's a lot of discontinuity between the actual units and the remakes.

I personally love most of the dark units which have been showcased so far. I think Souly has done a very good job.

The only unit which seriously looks off is Soulblighter. He really looks so benign.

@ A-Red

You have raised a very valid point about the Shade. The shade leaning forward and having his legs together are details which make one instantly identify the character. One of the distinctive attributes which make the Shade character quite unique.

Godzfire.... your mom rushed you out...

They are detailed....but look rushed......Whaaaaaaaat thhhhhhhhhheeeeee fffffffffff.

how can you say those 2 things in the same sentence??????????

I am making Myth units using the reference material ( bungie's) that is available combined with MY own creativity... DO you guys even have any clue how many loop holes there is....go study the concept art... compare it to the original units...tfl units...cut scene's and notice the dam sloppy job Bungie did.
The variations in amount of fingers, armor, appearance ....

But if you can do better....go for it.

What the fuck is the difference? If a person makes a remake of the original units, and does it very well, so why the hell you're up to it dug? More than half the people in the forum can not work with 3D models.

Nuts? Nope, Souly. The Watcher looks good.

Godzfire doesn't even play myth his opinion is invalid.

As souly said these are brand new interpretations of the units. If you want a higher render of the original models with 100% posture animation accuracy. Go get Renwoods re renders of the original shit models.

The units are as close to Bungie units/art as possible with some artistic liberty taken in making them.

BTW, the Watcher looks absolutely terrific!!! Are you planning to recreate the Volcano Dream for him in M2?

Volcano dream? Watcher never appeared in m2.

Are you referring to his spell in m3? It does look relativity easy to do.

It was an orb like projectile he threw and when it landed it sat for a few seconds before exploding and erupting the landscape really high then the terrain would revert back to normal leaving a scar.
