Running Myth: TFL in Windows XP

Do any of you guys know if Myth The Fallen Lords is playable in Windows XP? It keeps giving me a low memory error or not enough hard drive space when I have more than enough to play the game. Is your Myth: TFL 1.5 going to fix this?
