How to install from Total Codex on MacOS 10.8.2?

Post by Arrr »

I have the Myth The Total Codex box from Bungie, which includes three separate CDs -
Disc I - Installation Disc
Disc II - Myth: The Fallen Lords
Disc III - Myth II: Soulblighter

Is there a way to install TFL on MacOS Mountain Lion (10.8.2)?

Thanks.

As far as I know TFL won't work on Mountain Lion, because it requires Rosetta. You can play the TFL levels in Myth 2, though, with the "Fallen Levels" plugin. (http://www.projectmagma.net/downloads/)
The cake is a lie.

Alright, thanks. Is there a way to install Myth II, then? The demo of Myth II does work.

Mainly, I'm not sure how to install anything off those old CDs.

Thanks.

Use the installer for the latest update (currently 1.7.2): http://tain.totalcodex.net/items/show/m ... 2-mac-os-x

Don't forget the cutscenes. They should be mentioned on the Fallen Levels page (but aren't ?)
