A Large Install AND a network install?

Post by Poemind »

Hi, first time question here. Couldn't find it using a search.

Played Myth years ago and just recently bought Soulblighter and have installed it on several computers.

I used the large install option but now I see that to play LAN multiplayer you must use the Network install option.

My question is, is there a way to have both install on the same machine at once? I would love to be able to play the single player campaign AND play muliplayer with my son.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for a great installer for a great game!

Use the "large install" only and just make sure to update to the latest version.

Using the "large install" gives you everything to play single player and multiplayer. The network install was meant for using the same disk to install on multiple computers to allow for LAN-only. Back then the CD was needed to load the game, but network installs allowed the game to only work for LAN and not check for the CD in the tray.
