Could someone teach me how to do the dispersal dream effect you know the one where it explodes travels to the next unit explodes again so on and so on I have tried to creat this effect except with it explodeing like a warlock fireball

Why not open Fear and take a look at the tags that are part of the attack? Start with the unit that does that attack. Once you know the projectile tag it uses, go look at that projectile tag and see what it does and is linked to from there.
