Heroes of Haxors 2
A new tactical map presented by Zeph

Take a blender, pour everything you’ve ever learned in myth and then turn it on. What you get is Heroes of Haxors. A hero gladiator type of map with 11 different units, each with their very own attacks and special abilities. Throw in some heavy scripting and adaptive unit set and you get what I could call an Axis vs Allies for regular myth.
The idea remains the same, everyone on the team micromanages one hero and tries to beat the other team which has the same hero setup. Use your different spells to counter enemy attacks or power up your teammate’s.

Hero list :
Archer Hero

Archer :
Main : Arrow
Combo : After shooting 16 arrows, the archer has enough power to shoot a volley of about 10 arrows.
Special : Stabs the enemy 6 times with your knife.
Hints : the arrow travels higher than where you clicked so make sure to aim your shoot by control clicking in front of the enemy. For example, at very long range you will have to control click at least 50% of your target while at close range you might need 75%.
A well placed combo shot at close range can easily kill any hero in one shot.

Dwarf :
Main : Cocktail bomb
Special : Proximity mines(T click self) 30% mana
-Very lethal proximity mine is dropped at the dwarf’s feet.
Ultimate: Fireworks (T click, aim rpg style 50%) 100% mana
-Four molotov cocktails are thrown at the same time.
Hint : Cocktail bombs always bounce once before detonating. Aim your shots carefully. Remember that explosive damages can repel your bombs.
When dropping mines, alert your teammates or you might end up with a few team kills.

Fetch Hero :
Main : Lightning strike
Special : Lightning anti-shield (T click enemy) 100% mana
-The anti-shield attracts any projectiles to the target.
Ultimate : Chain-lightning (T click enemy) 100% mana
-Hits anyone close to the fetch and then anyone close to that unit and so on.
Hint : The anti-shield is a great weapon against projectile throwing units. Only the necromancer’s leechers aren’t affected.


Pyromancer :
Main : 2 Mini-fireball firebackward that are guided. Control clicking will only shoot the fireballs backward.
Special : Firewall (T click close ranged) 50% mana
-Wall of fire on the ground
Ultimate : Doom(3 targets) (T click enemy, long range) 100% mana
-Hits the first target with minimal damage, then the 2nd closest unit with good damage then the 3rd closest unit with major damage. Watch out for friendly fire.
Hint : With Doom spell, always make sure you aren’t near your target or you might end up getting hit by the strongest blow(the 3rd one).
Firewall is a hard to use spell, but when aimed carefully, it can kill a hero in one shot.

Mortar :
Main : A cannon ball that can inflict major damage. Does not explode like normal mortar rounds.
Special : Shotgun (T click) 100% mana
-Shoots a whole lot of iron pellets at an enemy.
Melee : Bash the target a few times with your mortar launcher.




Frostmage :
Main : 1 unguided frostballs
Special : Frostnova (T click self) 30% mana
-Freezes and damages any units around the frostmage.
Ultimate : Freezing breath (T click enemy) 80% mana
-Summons an unmovable frostball that shoots mini-frostballs all around.
Hint : Frostnova is a very good spell to deflect incomming projectiles or melee units that are rushing you.
Watch out when using freezing breath near your friendly units because you might end up doing more damage to own team.


Necromancer :
Main : Life leech
Special : Bone armor (T click self) 100% mana
-Repels most projectiles and damages nearby units...
Ultimate : Syphon Life (T click enemy) 100% mana
-Sucks the life out of the target and gives this life back to the necromancer.
Hint : The bone armor works like the fetch’s anti-shield except that it repels everything. Keep in mind that the armor damages nearby units and also detonates proximity mines.



Manipulator :
Main : Lightning ball
Main : Kiss of death : at close range, take possesion of target unit.
Special : Ethereal (T click ground around Manipulator)
-Become invisible for 15 seconds.
Hint : Keep in mind that the Manipulator will reappear if attacking or hit by projectile. (same as pathfinder invisibility)
Units possessed by the Manipulator will be controlled by the captain.

Monk :
Main : Sword slash
Combo : Every 8 slash, the Monk has enough power to deliver a powerful fire based melee attack that stuns.
Special : Heal (T click friendly) (can use 5 times per match)
-Heals unit to 50% health
Hint : Make sure you aren’t too clumped with other melee units of your team when fighting with the Monk or you might end up stunning everyone around you.

Fallen :
Main : Sword slash
Special : Ghost Grasp (T click enemy close range) 55% mana
-Holds target for 3 seconds
Hint : Use this unit to stop other heroes from attacking you.


Hearthguard Champion :
Main : Spear throw
Special : Thunderspear (T click enemy) 100% mana
-Strikes multiple targets in target area
Ultimate : Mirror Image (T click self) 100% mana
-Split the heartguard champion into 4 images. If original champion dies, all clones die too.
Hint : The mirror images will be given to the team captain, so make sure he is fast enough to detach them to the hearthguard’s owner player. Images deal less damage and take 250% more damage than your original Hearthguard. Using mirror image also fully heals the hearthguard. Can be used once every 60 seconds.


Dreamer :
Main : Stormhammer
Special : Stormhammer Mine (T click enemy) 25% mana
-Lays a storm hammer mine. They will be detonated by explosives.
Ultimate : Arachnid ( T click self) 100% mana
-Summons 3 spiders to help the Dream.
Hint : Spiders are not controlled by player, instead, they attack anything close to them in a radius of about one screen distance.
The stormhammer will usually bounce twice, it is possible to hit targets that are very far away.


Be creative in how you use your spells, most of them have much more than one use. Some can be used to counter other spells, some can be combined with others to create very powerful new spells and others need some practice to be truely awesome.
