does anyone know where to get it? I cant find it anywhere anymore.

I did a search in the Myth Map Atlas and found a link that might be what you are looking for. It also led me into another Star Wars related plugin.

Star Wars: Platform web page
Star Wars: Platform plugin in HQX format

Star Wars: Swamp web page and plugin in SIT format

Star Wars (Naboo) plugs

Seems the first two (Platform and Swamp) were made by the same person (or group of people), but I don't have any info on the third. Well, there is info on it at the Myth Map Atlas, but I forgot about that.

Ya those are the stormtroopers im talking about but there doesnt seem to be an individual tagset/plugin for them.

How do I open .hqx files?

Stuffit Archive Expander should be able to decompress hqx files. It's an old mac binary if I recall correctly.
