no crashes in 1.7 unless i got a firefox going with 300000 tabs. i use 1.7 on my home computer, 1.7.1 on my laptop

i'm thinking about voting no because all of the new players / players looking for updates won't be able join the game to ask ppl where to find the update (or get badgered by ppl who are tired of seeing red text next to peaples names)
