Take 2 has put a C&D out?

Right now I feel like the benefits out weigh the potential problems. Would love to know more about what the Magma team thinks.

Re: Any chance of seeing Myth on Steam?

It's hard to say what would happen in regards to development rights, but the binary in its current form is pretty solid. The most recent release patched some major problems related to opengl/ATI and I don't personally know of any other bigtime issues with the software. The team already doesn't get p...

Re: Any chance of seeing Myth on Steam?

This has been discussed before, and the point is that magma doesn't have the right to sell myth II. GG Well like I said, maybe the people who own the rights could be convinced with a little support from the Magma team/community. It's hard to imagine what scale of support would be required to get th...

Any chance of seeing Myth on Steam?

I can't remember where the details were that explained what limitations the Magma team was under as far as distributing Myth updates.. With Steam coming to Mac OS X this is the perfect chance to renew and bring new players to the Myth community. Perhaps the company still holding distribution rights ...

Small Loathing OSX Bug, where to report?

I'm using Snow Leopard with the latest version of Loathing (1.7.1) and have discovered that it is impossible to quit Loathing from the dock. Right clicking Loathing and choosing Quit does nothing at all.

Re: Myth II 1.7.1 Public Beta

I just tried out the beta. Transitioning from full screen to windowed mode failed. When the game ended it just stayed frozen in full screen, showing the last second of the game. I had to ctrl-alt-delete to get back to windowed. This is the same as what happened to me in 1.7. System specs: Intel C2D ...

Re: Where's the TFL Demo Maps Pack?

I don't know what you are talking about. You have made a mistake. Here are a few other things you might mean. I know what I am talking about. People modded files that allowed various changes to played in the TFL demo. It is a plugin for the full version of TFL which contains most of the maps which ...

Where's the TFL Demo Maps Pack?

I saw it the other day and now I can not find it. There is a map pack out there of custom meshes/maps/etc put together that worked with the TFL demo. I am looking for it. Anyone know where it is?

Something for US people interested in color mapping

I always wanted PS when I was messing around with maps years ago.. wish this deal had been available for me then. If you are a student in the U.S. near any semi decent college you can get the entire Design Premium suite for about $400-$500. Check at the local college's store if they have the Adobe D...

Re: Any TFL .gor -> SB conversion guides around?

There were some custom units created and placed on the mesh of an existing Bungie TFL singleplayer map.
I will have to get TFL installed and some of the old tools to see what's all involved.

Any TFL .gor -> SB conversion guides around?

A few quick searches have failed to bear any fruit.

I'm wanting to bring an old .gor plugin to SB. Thought I'd see if there's any guides around to help in some of that before I just jump into it.
