For MYST: Riven, Robin Miller is credited as the composer, Marty O'Donnell as a sound designer. It's likely that Robin composed the music but O'Donnell produced and mixed it.

I love all of the Myth music. Best game sountrack EVER. I kinda liked the score for MYST: Riven... I believe Marty O'Donnell, who composed the music for Myth and Halo, really wanted to be a part of the Riven soundtrack team (and got a little work out of it, I think.) I believe he pestered the MYST ...

I have the definite impression there are certain characteristics about the various Marathon games (1,2,Infinity - not sure of the specific names). I know people like playing Infinity for Multiplayer. Infinity's played most because that was the core tagset used by the Aleph One open sourcers to brin...

A pity.

I have an interest in ancient Greece myself. I've been looking forward to your tagset for some time. The modelling looks absolutely spectacular.

Hmm, I understand your point -- and I agree, to some extent -- but that whole narration seems to me to be just for the purpose of giving us some history after the chaos of White Falls. [...] Clearly, though, we have different backgrounds -- you blow me away in musical knowledge. :) I guess I'm draw...

"Through the Ermine"... WTF was that? [...] I'm thinking O'Donnell composes to myth films he plays in slow motion. I completely disagree! You must be forgetting that the narration for "Through The Ermine" -- the narrator tells us some history, in true rose-tinted spectacles styl...

Discounting the music that came with Mazz VI, and of course that timeless fanmade classic "Casualty", incidental score works best if it depicts the action well, IMO. "A Traitor's Grave" sounds full, spooky and terrifying... But you're basically leading a JM, 5 Archs and a duff in...

For the record, the vast vast majority of the actual artwork was by ChrisP. I just used the stamp tool a ton. ...Which artwork was this, DA? For the interface? CP used a free-for-distribution wallpaper by Mayam (Chasmic Exit, http://home.no/mayam/ ). CP placed the inverted pentacle on it. The inter...

I have my own Mazz VI Album =>:-] You can download my suite of trax from Garageband.com http://www.garageband.com/song?|pe...

I'll consider myself poked. The Donnie Darko track "Manipulated Living", composed by Michael Andrews, was slugged by CP to be the intro/end game music for the plug since Mazz 3, but only incorporated into Mazz at IV. Also with Mazz IV came new chapter music for anyone stupi-Uh, daring enou...

µDog Kennel Tonight, 7PM CST

Last night, a few old friends got together to play. Nothing special... but for some great catching up, huge belly-laughs on Ventrilo, amazingly rusty game play (see "huge belly laughs") and arguments over what map we should totally fook up. In other words, just another gathering of the Und...

Oh man... "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" plugin - No need for a Deathmatch as teams of straw brooms attack each other with axes and buckets of water, splitting into more brooms as they get hacked up. Winner sweeps the most Mickey Mouses into designated pits.

Hurgh... I loved Sieve, but my shaky memory is failing to recall the mesh names. They were all 'pretty' names involving similies as I recall, with crystals and diamonds in the titles... but I liked the Alric vs... Soulblighter?... version, and a cool 4-team FFA with fire-souls I think... ...God, I h...
