srry I didnt read in time to help. I use GIMP alot on cmaps, I can try and help with future stuff if you need. yea, a low, thin layer of blue fog around units in water would be cool, and probably not to hard. You could maybe edit the splash projectile to have a transparent blue mist or something. looks pretty good, few small things caught my eye: It needs shadows still, they help it to look softer on the eye and I think effect how projectiles look.
