Amazing stuff. But working through the sources is a lot of work, but little compared to what finding this stuff out manually would be.

I agree completely with DAC and HMP, making first enemies tougher(Iron Thrall) and adding bosses at beginning would make the game so much much more interesting. Viles also. I thought the reason some Heron Guards never vet is that if they all vetted there would be no one capable of using the crystal. Godzfire, that would mean circa half of the active Mazzers would be there playing their private passworded plug while the other half would sit in the lobby, and well, what's the point exactly?

I've seen that, for example when stoned trow from trow train are left alive on purpose.
I'm guessing the four unit challeneg would be hell of a lot more difficult without this :o

Fully vetted PF and Mort are quite effective even against black thrall.
Pyromancer has nothing expect Immolation perhaps, that works on Blacks.
Storm clouds fry blacks in seconds however.

Some people will hate me for saying this, but... For the love of Wyrd, nerf the damn Mort. Hyper firing dwarfs always look stupid but the mort completely breaks the barrier, killing dragons in seconds, annhiliating trow trains and whatnot. Leaving the dwarves out completely wouldn't be a bad idea I ...
